Neither painful nor invasive, treatment consists of manual techniques such as mobilisation of joints, stretching and compressing of soft tissus, cranio-sacral treatment (CST) and personalised advice according to the patient. This therapy can benefit a wide range of pains (as well as other health issues, such as stress or insomnia), is suitable for all ages and is complimentary to all other branches of treatment.
Paul graduated in 2012 from the Super School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Paris, France, where he received a 6 year curriculum including 3 years of clinical experience. He integrates some effective notions of posturology in his practice and is dedicated to taking his time and adapting to patients.
